  Project Manager 地点:Shanghai

  Position:

  Project Manager for the world leading printing shows, All in Print China, drupa Düsseldorf/Germany and 3D Printing. Reporting to the Project Director

  Project Manager job duties:

  1. Overall Responsibility

  This role is to be responsible for the development, total revenue and contribution to the assigned shows (see above)

  2. Show Organization/ Event-related concepts

  ? Drive growth through aggressive exhibitor sales

  ? Ensure the assigned project achieve the financial target and maintain a continuous growth. Maintain good relationships with business partners, supervise the team to implement the sales plan, keep close contact with HQ for related topics

  ? Advise in developing trade show implementation plans, provide development and innovation suggestions and report to the director

  ? Understand history and current developments of counter-exhibitions, and raise corresponding maximum-beneficial plans, responsible for collecting exhibition-related industrial trends and provide suggestions on subsequent opportunities and challenges for the director’s reference

  ? Coordinate with MarCom and Technical departments to ensure the quality of the show

  ? Ensure maintenance and growth of exhibitor database / CRM System (ensuring high data quality)

  2. Cooperation and Management

  ? Verifying coordination of measures in cooperation with internal and external bodies within the designated area of responsibility;

  ? Taking measures to correct any deviation between actual and target performance;

  ? Train and coach team members on project related matters.

  Skills/Qualifications:

  ? 3-5 years working experience is preferred

  ? Bachelor degree or above

  ? Comprehensive knowledge of related exhibition or event experience - inbound and outbound exhibition business (well known of the exhibition process, including show scheme, budget, data building and especially sales. As well as experienced in project business development and seeking out new partners)

  ? Excellent sales skills for recruiting exhibitors

  ? Responsible, dynamic & committed, flexible & creative, cooperation ability & team spirit, communication skills, readiness to learn and strong customer orientation

  ? Writing and reporting skills, scheduling skills, organization talent, time management and presentation skills, travel logistics and verbal communication skills

  The Marketing Communications Manager works with the Head of Marketing and the two Project Directors for Medical and Safety Shows in developing and implementing the strategic and tactical marketing plans for the individual trade shows.

  The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to the setup of conventional and digital marketing campaigns, management, reporting and budgeting.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing and Communications plan and budget

  2. Manage & execute marketing communication activities within responsible area and ensure a consistent global image of the brand/company.

  3. Act as a good liaison partner between Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Messe Düsseldorf for implementation of joint marketing communication activities.

  4. Implement project marketing planning, procurement and implementation. It includes corporate identity design & implementation, advertising, exhibitions & customer events, media & public relations, publications, promotional articles, internal communications as well as the setup of Chinese version of corporate website.

  5. Assist to develop current activities on all digital fronts including website content management, SEO, email marketing and social media campaign management on Wechat and Linkedin together with the project and sales team.

  6. Maintain and develop existing campaign database in CRM

  7. Compile monthly digital marketing reports and make suggestions for campaign optimization

  Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, marketing communications, public relations (PR) or related discipline

  2. 3-5 or above years’ experience in managing and executing (digital) marketing campaigns

  3. Experience in using Baidu AdWords, Google AdWords and proficiency in understanding of keyword optimization tools

  4. Experience working with multiple media vendors preferred

  5. Excellent English (CET/IELTS 6 or above) in both oral and written skills. Proficiency in spoken and written German is an advantage.

  2. Show Organization:

  ? Drive growth through aggressive exhibitor sales

  ? Help to compile project plan, marketing plan, sales strategy paper and sales action plan

  ? Manage (key) accounts, responsible for the assigned event(s) achieve 100% of financial target. To work with project co-ordination team, technical team and marketing team to ensure the quality of the events

  ? To be responsible for floor plan management, contract and payment collections and customer service

  ? Ensure maintenance and growth of exhibitor database / CRM System (ensuring high data quality)

  ? Work with provincial and municipal tourism administration system to organize professional visitor group and buyers group

  3. Cooperation and Management:

  ? To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues

  ? To develop and maintain good working relationships with business partners, including trade associations, trade boards and relevant supporting media. etc

  Project Manager Job Duties:

  1. Develop and improve event-related concepts

  a) Advise in developing trade show implementation plans, concepts and strategies, provide development and innovation suggestions and report to the director;

  b) Maintain close communication with partners and industry associations;

  c) Responsible for collecting exhibition-related industrial trends and provide suggestions on subsequent opportunities and challenges for the director’s reference;

  d) Contribute with successful implementation of promotion and sales plans under the director’s guidance; maintain track of and provide service to key customers;

  2. Strong sales drive, push sales for existing and new fields of the project and leading the project to meet the sales targets

  3. Propose visitors promotion plan and design effective visitor organization scheme in close cooperation with MarCom Manager;

  4. Cooperation with other departments

  a) Verifying coordination of measures in cooperation with internal and external bodies to increase project success

  b) Coordinate with the Technical Services Department on field services to meet the demands of show organizers and exhibitors;

  c) Maintain close contact and resolve issues together with the MarCom department to ensure the promotion and sales goals set by the director

  4. Experience in (food) processing and packaging will definitely be a plus
